So I think of it like this. Here’s pressure, right? Here is pressure from challenging people, uncertainty, and overwhelm. And these can cause inner chaos. I love that term. And when we have this inner chaos, it brings out this reactive part of ourselves that easily gets defensive and frustrated and impatient.

But now imagine something different. What if you could have more capacity to handle these moments, more inner alignment? Because now you can spend more time as your best self. And now it’s easier to be calm and confident and patient so that you can thoughtfully respond instead of react – with your kids or your partner or your coworkers.

But here’s the challenge most of us face.

We try to manage the situation without managing what’s happening inside of us first.

We react from inner chaos instead of responding from inner alignment.
